Meeting room overview
The meeting room overview in Vectera has been completely revamped! Not only can you switch between table or list view; you’ll also get a live overview of your own and your team members’ meeting rooms!
Team admins can now have an up-to-date overview of their team members’ meeting rooms. By default, this overview will be updated every 5 minutes. However, Enterprise clients can choose to update the overview every 15 seconds! Get in touch with the Vectera team to enable this for your enterprise account or to learn more about Vectera Enterprise.
The overview will show you which meeting rooms are currently active 🟢 , which participants are present 👬 and what content is being shared at that very moment 📝 . When the meeting room isn’t active at the time, it shows you which content was shared during the last session.
Connect your favorite CRM with Vectera
One of the main goals of Vectera is to smoothen your workflow. To reach this goal, we already had integrations with Teamleader, Salesflare and ActiveCampaign. But now, you can also connect your Vectera account to HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho CRM.
Visit the integrations page in Vectera, connect your favorite CRM and automatically sync your leads to the CRM of your choice as soon as they schedule a meeting on your Vectera booking page.
Team integrations
As said above, we added extra available integration possibilities in Vectera. In order to make your experience even better, we’ve also moved integrations to team level. This means that you can set up the integration of your choice for all team members if you're the admin of your Vectera team. Just one click, that’s all it takes!
🇮🇹🇪🇸 Meeting room translations 🇫🇷🇩🇪
English and Dutch were already available in the Vectera meeting rooms, but now it’s time to add some extra languages! You can now enjoy French, Spanish, German and Italian meetings in Vectera. Select the language of your choice by clicking your profile picture (or initials) in the top right corner and select “set language”.

Reduce friction on your booking page
Skip the first page of a single appointment booking page 📆 and immediately proceed to the next step. Depending on your appointment type settings, this will be the host picker, location picker or date and time picker. All you have to do is add the parameter
“?skipSingleAppointmentType” to the booking URL. Read more details in this guide.
